I am very impressed with the staff at Magna-Dry. I used them once several years ago, and then once again recently. I like that someone will come to evaluate the area and what needs to be done. I also like the results that the process does to my carpets. My carpets are getting some age and Magna-Dry keeps them looking good. The people on their staff are pleasant. The man who came to clean my carpets was very professional and very good at his job. I was very pleased by the service. I recently got a dog so I plan on utilizing them more.
